In 2025, the Minister for Women initiated a statutory review of the Gender Equality Act 2020 (Vic). The review was carried out by independent agency Cube Group.
The Commissioner made a submission to this review. The submission highlighted the Act’s potential to drive lasting change. It showed how the Act has been implemented and how organisations have worked to meet their obligations.
