The People matter survey for local government, administered by the Victorian Public Sector on behalf of the Commission for Gender Equality in the Public Sector, opens on Monday 31 May 2021.
Over 70 councils are participating in the survey, which will help them better understand employee experiences of gender inequality and build safer and more respectful workplaces. Data collected through the survey will form part of councils’ workplace gender results.
If your council is participating be sure to have your say. The survey is a safe and anonymous way to share your experiences.
