The comprehensive guide helps duty holders analyse their audit data. It describes performance measures for each of the 7 workplace gender equality indicators.
The performance measures use data from workforce or employee experience parts of the audit. Duty holders are strongly encouraged to use these measures. They should be used in gender equality action plans and progress reports.
The guide provides advice on:
