We have assessed workplace gender audits for compliance.

Workplace gender audits help organisations understand how they are performing on gender equality.

We know audit data helps highlight progress and shape actions to drive change. It improves transparency and accountability.

We will share sector-level insights in the middle of the year. Organisation-level data will be available on our Insights portal later in the year.

If you need to resubmit

If your audit is non-compliant, you must address the Commissioner’s feedback and resubmit by Thursday 2 April 2026.

If there are non-critical issues with your audit data, you can choose to resubmit by Thursday 2 April 2026.

Extensions for other obligations

Audit data provides the evidence-base for progress reports and gender equality action plans (GEAPs). These are due by 1 May 2026.

If your audit is non-compliant, you have an automatic extension for your progress report and GEAP to Friday 22 May. This allows you to prioritise resubmitting your audit.
